Part of me is here - Sculptural Vessel
Hand built sculptural vessel taking form from long rambles down country lanes mimicking the landscape, from stone walls and natural forms.
Each piece is sculpted by hand, creating free flowing organic layers in neutral tones, interrupted by hints of subtle greens.
The sculpture is free flowing, each piece stacking up against the next, letting the vessel form it's own rhythm in the making.
It embodies a personal and introspective view of emotions, catching how I felt and memories at the time of making.
Grey stoneware clay finished with an opaque white glaze, hints of green oxide.
